Mae Ysgol Glan Ceubal yn gymuned hapus, ofalgar a chartrefol sy’n rhoi blaenoriaeth uchel i les ei disgyblion. Mae staff yn cydweithio’n effeithiol i ddarparu naws gynhwysol er mwyn adnabod anghenion pob unigolyn. Mae’r disgyblion yn ymfalchïo bod ganddynt berthnasoedd cadarn i drafod unrhyw bryderon mewn amgylchedd diogel. Mae’r disgyblion yn ymdrin â’i gilydd ac oedolion gyda pharch a chwrteisi sy’n cefnogi’r rhan fwyaf i ymddwyn yn dda. Mae ganddynt agweddau positif at ddysgu ac maent yn gwneud cynnydd cadarn o’u mannau cychwyn. Mae’r rhai sy’n hwyrddyfodiaid i’r Gymraeg yn gwneud cynnydd cadarn gyda’r iaith, gan fagu hyder a mwynhad tuag at yr iaith yn dilyn cyfnod yn yr uned drochi.

Ysgol Glan Ceubal is a happy, caring and homely community that places a high priority on the wellbeing of its pupils. Staff work together effectively to provide an inclusive ethos to identify the needs of all individuals. Pupils take pride in having positive relationships to discuss any concerns in a safe environment. Pupils treat each other and adults with respect and courtesy, which support most to behave well. They have positive attitudes to learning and make sound progress from their starting points. Those who are latecomers to the Welsh language make sound progress in the language and gain confidence and enjoyment in it following a period in the immersion unit.
